Need Union group to provide working information using this format:
- BASICS: Simple definition of the project.
- TASKS: Things to get done, each person can take on a task and mark completed, etc.
- ROADMAP: Outlining long term milestones, so people don’t jump ahead and help garner support to complete phases where people get “stuck”, etc..
- PROPOSALS (status): to make sure the project checks in with the main body to move forward on certain sensitive issues or issues that might affect/help other projects.
- ASSETS: optional links to documents, break-off session minutes, and relevant forum threads
- EVENTS: project meetings times, teach-in times, relevant happenings, links, etc.
- WORKERS: list members along w/NYCGA username and perhaps skill sets so people can pool skills.
