INFORMATION BASICS
• Maintains A&L website
• Maintains meeting calendars and minutes across the A&L, A&C, and NYCGA sites
• Creates/archives materials for outreach
• Working on digital Reading Room of selected texts relevant to issues surrounding arts and labor
• For site admin access, contact any admins or post to Google Group
TASKS
• Add all working sub-groups of A&L to “Projects” section of website (almost complete – haven’t received info from Union group)
• Investigate alternative solutions to Google products for forums, digital workspace, etc.
• Continue editing “Reading Room”, needs more readings – Leina, Martha, others
• Creating space for and collecting all A&L produced materials and documents
• Create FAQ for information on updating artsandlabor.org – Woody
PROPOSALS
• Digital Workspace (passed Jan. 11th) – create and support Project pages on A&L site to create transparency and ease communication within group
• Joining Share OWS (passed Jan. 17th) - support OWS A&C sharing/syndication program
ASSETS
• googlegroup thread on getting information for Working Groups/Projects “Digital Workspace”
• FAQ for admins for artsandlabor.org
EVENTS
• Information usually meets during regular A&L breakouts if needed
• Occasional topic-specific meetings are organized, usually at 6p before the main A&L meeting
